Ministry of External Affairs, in partnership with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), organised a CSIR Capabilities Discovery Session with Ambassadors and High Commissioners of the Global South. Speaking at the event, the Secretary (South), Dr Neena Malhotra, highlighted India’s commitment to South-South Cooperation in advancing science and technology partnerships. She also emphasised collaboration across key sectors, including affordable healthcare, smart agriculture, and water and marine resource management, with Global South partners to develop a sustainable future.
