Asian champion Man Singh won the men’s race at the New Delhi Marathon 2025, while Bhagirathi Bisht clinched the women’s title in India’s national capital today. The 35-year-old Man Singh clocked two hours, 15 minutes, and 24 seconds (2:15:24) to win the gold medal in the men’s event, ahead of Pardeep Chaudhary, who crossed the finish line in 2:15:29 to finish second. Akshay Saini finished his run in 2:15:34 for third place.
The New Delhi Marathon is recognised as India’s national marathon by the Athletics Federation of India (AFI) and is a certified World Athletics race. This was the 10th edition of the New Delhi Marathon. The race started and finished at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, covering key landmarks of the city.
