Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Nikhil Khadse attended the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations in Raver, Maharashtra.
At Mantralaya, Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar garlanded the portraits of both leaders. At Raj Bhavan, officials offered floral tributes, and the National Unity Pledge was administered to mark National Unity Day.
Commemorative events were held across the state, including the Run for Unity and Unity Marches in Sangli, Washim, Dhule, Ratnagiri, Buldhana, and Nanded, with enthusiastic participation from police personnel, students, and citizens, celebrating Patel’s legacy as the Iron Man of India and the architect of national integration.
