The Governor of Maharashtra C P Radhakrishnan has expressed grief over the demise of former Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh. In a condolence message, the Governor wrote that the former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh was a globally renowned economist, distinguished scholar, statesman, and exemplary parliamentarian. As India’s Finance Minister during one of its most challenging periods, he successfully navigated the nation through economic crises and laid the foundation for globalization and liberalization.

Maharashtra CM Shri Devendra Fadnvis, Dy.CM Shri Ajit Pawar, Pradesh Congress President Shri Nana Patole, and Cabinet Minister Ramdas Athwale also expressed grief over the demise of former PM Manmohan Singh.
