Two people were killed and one seriously injured in a road accident near the Dusarbid toll plaza on the Samrudhi Highway in Buldhana district, Maharashtra, this morning. The car crash occurred when a vehicle travelling from Mumbai to Akola lost control and crashed into the median barrier. The two victims from Mumbai died on the spot. The driver, also from Mumbai, sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. Emergency responders, including the highway ambulance team, arrived immediately at the scene.
