The Lok Sabha will hold a special discussion on 150th Anniversary of National Song Vande Mataram and Electoral reforms in the next week of the Winter Session of Parliament. Briefing media at the Parliament House today, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, it was decided in the all party meeting chaired by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla today that discussion on Vande Mataram will be conducted on 8th and debate on Electoral Reforms on 9th December. Mr Rijiju said, Special Intensive Revision (SIR) is an administrative matter which is dealt by Election Commission of India. He said, the goverment is looking forward to a very constructive and engaging discussion on these matters.
