Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the NDA meeting titled “Vikasit Keralam with Modi” in Kochi, Keralam.
He said that Keralam has many advantages, including geography, climate, and technology, and it should become the number one wedding and conference destination.
The Prime Minister added that new opportunities will be created in the sectors of tourism, talent, and technology. He also assured that the safety of Indians in West Asia will be protected. He noted that the crisis highlights the importance of Atma Nirbharata (self-reliance) and said that solar projects and electric vehicles help reduce dependency on others in the energy sector.
Prime Minister Modi alleged that the LDF and UDF are partners in corruption despite having different names, and both obstruct development. Referring to the decision to call the state Keralam from now onwards, he expressed happiness about taking this important step. He pointed out that the people of Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, and many panchayats have given their confidence to the NDA, and similar support is expected across Keralam. “A double-engine government will provide double development,” the Prime Minister added.
