A Special Investigation Team of the Kerala Police is continuing the questioning of former Youth Congress State President and MLA Rahul Mangoottathil at the Pathanamthitta Crime Branch office from early morning today. Rahul Mangoottathil was arrested at around 12.30 a.m. from a hotel in Palakkad in connection with a sexual assault case. This is the third case registered against him. He was earlier suspended from the Congress party after the first case was filed.
