The Kerala Legislative Assembly session will begin tomorrow at Thiruvnnthauram. The 12-day session will mainly concentrate on legislation, and nine days are dedicated to this. The government is also planning to table a bill aimed at simplifying procedures for neutralising wild animals that enter human-inhabited areas.
