The daunting peaks of the Himalayas paled in front of the valour of the Indian Defence Forces as they delivered a befitting reply to the Pakistani Army and hoisted the tricolour. Brave soldiers including Captain Vikram Batra, Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey, Lieutenant Keishing Clifford Nongrum and Grenadier Yogendra Singh Yadav led from the front to deliver a decisive blow to Pakistan. Even adverse geographical conditions could not shake the strong resolve of the Indian Armed Forces as each soldier presented an example of amazing bravery in the war.
