JKBOSE postpones class 10th, 11th exams scheduled for today

The J&K Board of School Education (JKBOSE) announced the postponement of 10th and 11th class exams scheduled for today across J&K and Ladakh due to law and order disturbances in Doda district and restrictions on public movement and transport.

Akashvani Correspondent reports that the Director of Academics, JKBOSE, announced the decision, emphasising the priority of student safety.

New exam dates will be announced soon. Students and parents are advised to stay informed through official channels as authorities continue to monitor the situation closely.

Meanwhile, Schools across the Jammu division reopened today for offline classes after being closed for several days due to heavy rainfall and floods in the region.

The reopening marks a significant step towards normalcy for students and teachers affected by the recent weather disruptions. Authorities ensured that necessary safety measures were in place before resuming classes.

Students and parents have welcomed the reopening, hopeful for uninterrupted learning ahead as the region recovers from the impact of the floods.
