J&K: LG Manoj Sinha, CM Omar Abdullah congratulate successful candidates in UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah have extended wishes to the candidates from the Union Territory who successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025. 
 
In a social media post, Mr Sinha said their success has brought pride to Jammu and Kashmir and will inspire young aspirants across the Union Territory to pursue their dreams. 
 
The Chief Minister described their achievement as a moment of immense pride for the region. He lauded the hard work, perseverance and dedication of the successful candidates, saying that their accomplishment reflects the determination and potential of the youth of Jammu & Kashmir. 
 
He said that the success of these young aspirants will inspire many more students across the Union Territory to set high goals and pursue their dreams with commitment and sincerity.
 
The Chief Minister expressed hope that they would contribute meaningfully to the nation’s development and governance.
 
As many as 17 candidates from Jammu & Kashmir have qualified for the prestigious All India Civil Services Examination, the results of which were declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) yesterday.
