In Jammu and Kashmir, the Union Territory Government has appointed 20 senior officers as District Mentors to strengthen the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. The officers, drawn from various civil services, will oversee awareness drives, enforcement measures and de-addiction efforts in their assigned districts. They will also coordinate with local authorities and community groups to enhance outreach and rehabilitation initiatives. The move aims to ensure effective implementation of the anti-drug campaign across the Union Territory.
