Jharkhand police have arrested six militants of the banned outfit People’s Liberation Front of India in Khunti district. SP Manish Kumar said, the accused were arrested during a raid near the Tajna River following specific intelligence inputs. Police recovered an illegal pistol, live cartridges, mobile phones, documents related to extortion, and two cars from their possession. According to police, the militants were involved in threatening businessmen and contractors to collect levy and were linked to several criminal incidents.
