In Jammu and Kashmir, in a major breakthrough in counter-terror operations, Jammu Police today apprehended a terror associate at Nagrota TCP Naka while he was travelling towards Kashmir. Akashjvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the accused, identified as Azan Hameed Gazi, was found in possession of three pistols, magazines, and cartridges. The vehicle was seized, and an FIR has been registered at Police Station Nagrota. Further investigation into terror links is underway. The swift action by the police has been hailed as a crucial step in maintaining security in the region.
