A Media delegation from Chhattisgarh visited Thegu village, a Vibrant Village Programme (VVP) site in East Sikkim with a population of over 200 people, yesterday. Indo Tibetan Border Police officials briefed the journalists on various activities and developments being carried out under the Vibrant Village Programme. Today the delegation will call on Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang and is scheduled to visit the Sevoke-Rangpo Railway Project in the second half of the day.
