An Israeli drone strike on the Ein el-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon killed 13 people and wounded several others. According to Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency, the strike hit a car in a mosque parking lot on the outskirts of Sidon. However, the Israeli army said, it targeted a Hamas training compound allegedly used to prepare an attack, vowing to continue operations against the group. The attack was the deadliest since last year’s ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah amid ongoing Israeli strikes in Lebanon.
