Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Rajiv Ranjan Singh said that India’s fish exports have grown significantly over the past ten years, doubled from 30 thousand crore to 60 thousand crore rupees.

 

Addressing the media in New Delhi today, Mr Singh said as his ministry is preparing plans for the sixteenth finance commission cycle, the ministry invited exporters and state representatives, especially from states with high export potential to share their views.
