India’s exports have continued to expand in a broad-based manner, despite persistent global uncertainty, supply chain disruptions, and volatile commodity prices. Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada said this in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today. He said India’s total exports reached over 714 billion US dollars in 2025–26. Mr Prasada said that over the period 2021-22 to 2024-25, exports have achieved a compound annual growth rate of 6.9 per cent. The Minister said that the government is consistently working to boost exports and expand the country’s global footprint.
