In Badminton, several Indian shuttlers including Lakshya Sen, Kiran George and Unnati Hooda advanced into the second round of Singles events at Hylo Open 2025 in Saarbrücken, Germany.

 

 

In Men’s Singles, Lakshya Sen stunned fifth seed Christo Popov of France  21-16, 22-20 in the opening round. Kiran George defeated compatriot Kidambi Srikanth in straight games 21-19, 21-11 in the first round.In Women’s Singles, Unnati Hooda outplayed her Brazilian opponent Juliana Vieira in straight games 21-4, 21-13 to enter the second round.
