India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has established service counters, mobile banking units, and customer assistance kiosks at five key locations throughout Mahakumbh in Prayagraj.

The devotees can also utilise the ‘Banking at Call’ facility by IPPB to procure the desired line of services wherever they are within the Mahakumbh grounds. To access any banking requirement from India Post, customers at the Mahakumbh can dial 7458025511.

Trained professionals and Daak Sevaks are stationed at key locations to assist with account openings, transactions, and resolving queries. The Ministry of Communication highlighted that these facilities are designed to handle high footfalls efficiently.
