Union Commerce Secretary Sunil Barthwal has said that India has huge potential of growth in export in the field of pharmaceutical, textiles, automobile and chemical sectors. Mr Barthwal said this while inaugurating two flagship MBA programmes of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi. He said, India is poised to become a developed nation by 2047 and the role of the students of IIFT is important in this direction. Mr Barthwal said, India is growing at a fast pace in the world.  The Secretary said, e commerce, global value chain and free trade agreements are the  new emerging areas and there is  of potential in this.
