The India Energy Week 2025 will culminate today at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi. The four day mega event was virtually inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 11th of this month.
The event was the second-largest energy event globally in terms of ministerial and CEO participation, exhibition space, and the number of sessions.
The event brought together nearly seventy thousand delegates from 120 countries including more than 700 exhibitors. Besides, ten country pavilions including the ones from United States, United Kingdom, Norway, France, Russia and Japan were also set up.
The event showcased the country’s success with the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) as a model for global adoption. Pavilions of various ministries including Power, New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), NITI Aayog, and Mines and Minerals were also set up during the event.
