The Income Tax Department in Mumbai organised a Cyclothon today for its officers and officials. More than 400 people participated in the event organised as part of the celebrations of the 166th Income-tax Day. Famous cine artist John Abraham, cricketer Shivam Dubey and athelete Anju Bobby George were the main attractions of today’s Cyclothon. Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai, Malathi R. Sridharan, appreciated the overwhelming participation and emphasized the importance of  fitness in day to day lives, and stated that these personalities are inspiration for the society and people should focus on their fitness. She said that the Cyclothon was being organised to create awareness about the Green initiative and promote environment friendly modes of transport.
