The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast dense fog conditions over Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh, while cold wave conditions will prevail over Himachal Pradesh today. The Met department has also said that Uttarakhand will experience ground frost. The Met Department further predicted a gradual rise in minimum temperatures by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius over Maharashtra during the next four days.
