India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a gradual rise in maximum temperature by three to five degrees Celsius over the plains of Northwest India during next five days.
IMD also forecast a gradual rise in maximum temperature by two to four degrees Celsius over the Central parts of the country during the next two days. It further said that hot and humid conditions over Gujarat, Konkan, and Goa between 4th and 6th of this month.
Meanwhile, the weather agency noted that strong surface winds will blow over Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh till tomorrow.
