The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Odisha and Chhattisgarh during the next two to three days. Similar conditions are expected over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra till tomorrow. The weather agency also predicted light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka for the next 2 days.
