The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted dense to very dense fog over Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand today. The Met Department has forecast dense fog conditions over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Sikkim, and Meghalaya. IMD has also said that cold wave conditions are likely to prevail over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh.
