India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast cold wave conditions at isolated places over Delhi, Punjab, Cold, Haryana, Chandigarh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha ,tomorrow. The Met Department has said that dense fog conditions are likely to prevail during the early morning hours in northeast India over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura till tomorrow. Similar conditions are likely to prevail over Himachal Pradesh and Odisha. The IMD further predicted thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands tomorrow. Meanwhile, the air quality in Delhi-NCR has been registered in the Very Poor category this evening. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the average Air Quality Index of the region was recorded at 322 as of 7 PM today.
