Cold wave conditions are very likely in isolated pockets of Himachal Pradesh from today to January 1. These may escalate to severe cold wave conditions in some parts of Himachal Pradesh on December 30 and 31. Punjab and Haryana are likely to encounter cold wave conditions from today to January 3.
