In Kerala, rains that had weakened over the past week are likely to strengthen again.

The India Meteorological Department has forecast above average rainfall for Kerala and Lakshadweep in the coming days. Meanwhile,  yellow alert has been issued in four districts, indicating isolated heavy showers.
