India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forcast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over south Chhattisgarh, Odisha and north Coastal Andhra Pradesh today. It has also predicted very heavy rainfall over Tamil Nadu, Assam and Meghalaya tomorrow. A fresh intense western disturbance is likely to cause heavy to very heavy rainfall spell over Northwest India during 5th to 7th October. The fishermen have been advised not to venture into Northeast Arabian Sea, adjoining areas of northwest Arabian Sea and along and off North Gujarat coast till tomorrow.
