India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal tomorrow. The Met Department has said that heavy rainfall is expected over Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. IMD has also forecast thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds at isolated places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha. The weather agency has issued a warning for fishermen in the Bay of Bengal region due to squally weather condition for the next two days.
