India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall and thunderstorms in places over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad tomorrow. The Met department predicted thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds over Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab and Rajasthan till tomorrow. IMD said that similar conditions will prevail over Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal for the next two days.
The weather agency has forecast dense fog over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim for the 24th of this month. According to the Met Department, there will be a rise in minimum temperatures by two to three degrees Celsius over parts of Central India during the next 2 days.
