The India Meteorological Department has forecast heat wave conditions over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gangetic West Bengal, and Madhya Pradesh today. The Met Department has predicted hot and humid weather over Gangetic West Bengal, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Odisha and Tamil Nadu. Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh and Chhattisgarh will experience warm night conditions for the next three days. 

 

Meanwhile, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya will experience heavy rainfall today. IMD has further predicted thunderstorms and lightning over Arunachal Pradesh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and Odisha today.
