The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that extremely heavy rainfall will continue over Gujarat, Konkan, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra during next two days.
IMD said, light to moderate rainfall is also likely over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Telangana and Tamil Nadu during next five days.
The National Capital Delhi today received light rainfall in the morning bringing respite from sweltering heat and humid weather. The city has been reeling under sultry weather since last week.
