After witnessing light to moderate rain and snowfall in the higher reaches yesterday, the Meteorological Department has forecast dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir till November 16. This will provide much-needed respite for residents and favourable conditions for farmers to continue their agricultural activities.

The Met Department has also issued an advisory indicating a fall in both maximum and minimum temperatures across several parts of the Union Territory and urged farmers to carry on with routine farm operations during the dry spell.
