The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange warning for dense to very dense fog conditions over Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar till the 31st of this month.

 

Dense fog conditions are likely to prevail over Uttarakhand, East Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Northeast India tomorrow.

 

The Met department has also forecast cold wave conditions over Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab till tomorrow. The weather agency has also predicted Cold day conditions over Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand for tomorrow.

 

Meanwhile, the air quality in Delhi-NCR has been registered in the very poor category. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the average Air Quality Index (AQI) of the National Capital was recorded at 391 as of 7 PM today.
