India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast dense fog conditions over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab for today. Similar conditions are expected over Uttar Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. The weather agency also predicted cold wave conditions over Himachal Pradesh till tomorrow. According to IMD, a gradual rise in minimum temperatures by about 2 to 3 degrees Celsius is expected over East India during the next three days.
