The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast Cold Day conditions in isolated pockets of East Uttar Pradesh today. Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, north Rajasthan, north Madhya Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim can experience dense fog in the night and morning hours today. The weather office further predicted a gradual rise in the minimum temperatures by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius over Northwest India during the next 3 days. IMD said, there will be no significant change in minimum temperatures over East and Western India during the next 4 days.
