The Ministry of External Affairs today informed that Puneet Agrawal, an Indian Foreign Service officer from the batch of 1997 has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Thailand.

Mr Agrawal is presently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Ministry.
