In Uttarakhand, four people lost their lives when a bus of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) fell into a gorge today on the Kwanu-Meenas motor road in the Kalsi area of Dehradun district. Around 12 others were injured in the accident. District administration and police teams rushed to the spot and began rescue and relief operations. All the injured have been admitted to Vikasnagar Hospital. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed grief over the incident. On his instructions, all nearby medical centers have been put on high alert.
