Home Minister Amit Shah today extended his greetings to the countrymen on the occasion of Prakash Purab of the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ramdas. In a social media post, Mr Shah said that the Sikh Guru elevated the spirit of equality and service to new heights, and founded Amritsar, which later became a spiritual city. The Minister said that life and philosophy of Guru Ramdas, dedicated to religion, culture, and humanity, are exemplary for everyone.
