The holy month of Ramazan will begin across the country tomorrow as the moon was not sighted yesterday. Tomorrow will be the first day of the fasting month. People will offer a special night prayer called “Traweeh “throughout the Ramzan month. Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated at the culmination of the fasting month.
In Gulf countries, Ramazan month began today. while Muslims in Sri Lanka will commence their Ramadan fasting tomorrow.
