Following the announcement of the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections today, Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated to the people of Bihar for this grand festival of democracy. In a social media post, he stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the NDA government has steered Bihar away from the era of Jungle Raj and set it on a path of development and good governance.

 

 

Mr Shah highlighted that the state is undergoing historic transformations across multiple sectors, including welfare for the poor, infrastructure, healthcare, and education. He expressed confidence that the people of Bihar will once again support the politics of development in the upcoming elections.
