Due to continuous rainfall over the past twenty-four hours in Bihar, normal life has been severely disrupted in several parts of the state.
Heavy rainfall has been recorded in several districts of the state, including Patna, Nawada, Arwal, Jamui, Sheikhpura, Darbhanga, Supaul, Samastipur, and Saharsa. Waterlogging has occurred at several places due to the incessant rains. On Vijayadashami yesterday Ravan Dahan programmes were affected, and rainwater also entered several puja pandals at several places yesterday. The continuous downpour has also brought down the temperature, increasing the feeling of cold.
