A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Haryana Right to Service Commission and the Government of Tripura regarding the adoption and utilization of the Auto Appeal System.
A spokesperson stated that, in accordance with the agreement, the ownership of the Auto Appeal System shall remain exclusively with the Haryana Right to Service Commission, while the Government of Tripura will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use it. This system is to be utilized solely for the purposes of government and public service delivery.
The spokesperson further clarified that the system shall not be utilized for any commercial purposes whatsoever, nor shall it be shared with any third party without prior permission. During its usage by the Government of Tripura, it will be mandatory to accord due credit to the Haryana Right to Service Commission as the source. This system will be made available to the Government of Tripura free of cost.
