Gujarat witnessed a wave of patriotic fervour today as the BJP organised Tiranga Yatras across various districts to honour the bravery and valour of the Indian Armed Forces following the success of ‘Operation Sindoor.
Union Minister Nimuben Bambhania flagged off the grand rally, which was held from Motibag Town Hall to the Shaheed Memorial.
State Minister Harsh Sanghvi participated in the Tiranga Yatra in Gandhinagar. Speaking on the occasion, he lauded the courage of the soldiers.
An 8-kilometre-long procession was carried out in Jamnagar, drawing participation from several BJP leaders, ex-servicemen, and hundreds of residents. BJP MP Poonamben Maadam praised the unity and patriotism displayed during the event.
Surendranagar also saw a large turnout, with the Tiranga Yatra moving from Mega Mall to Tanki Chowk and Patrawali Chowk. Several leaders and ex-servicemen joined the march. Among them, ex-serviceman Bhagwatbhai expressed pride in participating in a tribute that honoured the sacrifices of India’s brave soldiers.
