India AI Impact Summit: Government issues general advisory for tomorrow

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has issued a general advisory for tomorrow in view of the India AI Impact Summit 2026 being held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The advisory outlines revised access arrangements and security protocols for registered delegates. According to the advisory, the Expo Arena at Bharat Mandapam will remain closed for registered and expo delegates, and access to the Convention Centre will be strictly by invitation only.
 
The Ministry underlined that invitees holding valid badges for the Inaugural Ceremony will be permitted entry through Gate Number 4 or Gate Number 10 from 6 AM onwards. They have been advised to arrive early and enter no later than 7:30 AM due to security protocols. Seating in the Level 3 Plenary Hall will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Invitees with vehicular passes may enter through Gate Number 1.
 
It added that Gate Number 5A will be designated for invited media drop-off till 7:30 AM and again after 11 AM. Following the Inaugural Session, invitees may attend other scheduled sessions at Level 3 or proceed to the Food Court or the AI Impact Expo Arena. 
 
Limited self-drive parking facilities will be available at Purana Qila Parking, Zoo Parking Space, and JLN Stadium Parking. All registered delegates, including invitees, speakers and attendees, have been requested to adhere strictly to the revised access protocol and cooperate with security and traffic personnel to ensure the smooth conduct of the summit.
