The government has dismissed the digitally altered video circulating on social media, which claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is promoting an investment scheme offering easy income daily.

The Fact Check Unit of PIB clarified that the video is fake and informed that no announcement of such a scheme has been made by the Government. It has asked citizens to beware of such investment scams and asked people not to fall for such news and to verify information before trusting and sharing.
